We moved into the benefits industry in 2002 with the same business processes as our competitors. Since we began, we have learned a lot about benefit products, what employers want, and what their employees need. We also discovered that providing benefits to employees should not be as hard as everyone is making it. Every process seemed to be too complicated to be done efficiently, everything you needed was not in one place, and employee education was hindered by materials with more disclosures than relevant information.

So we fixed it. Since 2008 we have spent everyday refining our approach to employee benefits. We have developed a comprehensive benefit service system complete with relevant educational materials that is easily navigated by our clients. Our new way of doing things has attracted some of the best benefit consultants to our alliance. We are now an Independent, Flexible and Comprehensive benefit service organization.
